Octaedro is a work based on polyhedral figures, which are shapes comprised of many regular/irregular faces on a single body. In many graphic and physical representations of these shapes, each of the faces has its own designated shade/color. Looking through some transparent physical models, the faces, edges, and vertices begin to meld and gradually combine to form many different colors and shapes, based on the viewing angle. This is a work that takes all of these principles and integrates it into each of its sections. The piece gradually flows with no bridges, no pauses, and constantly transforms in color, time, texture, and mode. Octaedro strives to be the auditory version of the physical Octahedron.
